Newton—Hawthorne (Pelegrini)

Directions for Hawthorne Park, (recently renamed Pelegrini Park,)

 

Mass Pike East to Exit 17. Off exit, Sheraton Hotel over the Mass Pike will be on your left. Go around the Sheraton, (over the Pike and take soft left onto Washington Street). The Mass Pike will now be running parallel to you on your left. Go on Washington Street for several blocks until you see a very large cathedral, (Our Ladies). At the set of lights in front of Our Ladies, take a right. This is Adams Street. Follow to Watertown Street, (Dunkin Donuts straight ahead), and take a left. After Eaton Pharmacy (one block), take a left onto Hawthorne Street. Field is right there and small parking lot.

 

Please observe all parking signs. It is a small neighborhood with many small children.

 

Please make sure to pick up all trash before leaving. Bathrooms are inside the Pelligrini Field house next to the field.
