1) Contact the division director at least three weeks in advance. The division director will decide if a "preponement" is allowed. State Cup participation is a valid reason. Not having enough players due to dual roster issues, indoor leagues, non-approved tournaments, vacations, etc. are not valid reasons.Teams are expected to play as long as they have available the minimum of players.
2) Contact the opposing coach and if your home game, agree on an equitable date and time for the game to be played prior to the original date. You must offer the opposing coach at least three reasonable dates. If you are the visitor the opposing coach needs to give you similar consideration.
