August 3, 2010 – Placement Meeting and Club Registrar Training
The Competition Committee will meet with to establish the competitive sections in each division. All coaches and DOC’s are strongly encouraged/invited to attend.

FIFA Law 5/Zero Tolerance will be strictly enforced. Any adults ejected will be subject to a minimum 3 game suspension.
The following is not allowed at any youth soccer facility in New England: No smoking, No pets and No alcholic beverages.
Coaches and Team Managers: Please use the new Field Contacts display available through League Play, Referee and Assignors Areas to print out contact information for all teams playing on the field each week. In the event of a field closure after 9:00AM the home team involved in the first cancelled game should call the coaches and team managers of the following games to inform of the situation.
Field Closures: Responsible party for field needs to notify MASC no later than 9:00AM of the game day. Notification should be made either by email: masc_close@asthomas.com or by phone (508)440-4030x107. After 9:00AM referees make decision - refer to rules in information section. Massachusetts Youth Soccer License Courses
MASC requires that all coaches have the "E" License or NSCAA Advanced Regional Diploma or better.
