Application Information
When submitting the online application there are a number of required fields. If at the time of application the information is not known or unavailable enter TBD or N/A as appropriate.
Year of Team:
The year for a team should be that for the team as if it were playing on of the date of application. The software will automatically increase the team's year by on August. In order for a team to be a U14 team in the Fall of 2010, prior to Auvust 1, the team would be a U13.

Club:
Many clubs already have registered with GotSoccer.com. One should be able to select the club on the application from the club pull down. If such does not exist, please enter the club information. We are working with GotSoccer.com to streamline this area of the application process.
